“Protecting the Flow: Support the Mission”

As a course and content creator, I have dedicated my life to developing work that helps others. Unfortunately, I now find myself in a legal battle with someone determined to take what I’ve built and profit from it without my permission. This individual has the resources to drag out the fight in hopes that I will “tap out.” But I know I have a strong case, and I am fully prepared to see this through—even to trial if necessary.

This is not only about me. It is about setting a precedent that no one should be able to use the legal system as a weapon to bully, intimidate, or strip others of their work. I have been accused of things I have never done, and I have already lost significant time, energy, and income defending myself. Mediation has shown me that this individual has no intention of compromise and has stooped to levels I never imagined possible.

Once a friend and mentor, he has now become an adversary of the worst kind. Yet, I remain steadfast. I am fighting for justice, for integrity, and for every creator who has ever been threatened for standing on their own.
