Gentle Lymphatic Therapy

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a gentle, specialized hands-on technique designed to support the natural movement of lymphatic fluid throughout the body. Using light, rhythmic movements, MLD works with the lymphatic system to encourage healthy fluid movement, support tissue health, and promote relaxation and overall wellness.

Our MLD training teaches therapists the foundational anatomy, principles, and hands-on skills needed to confidently incorporate lymphatic techniques into their practice.

Lymphatic Restoration Therapy is partnering with MLD Institute International to provide MLD training to therapists. Options will range from foundational classes, online and live training as well as Master Classes that will elevate the MLD therapist's knowlege and practice.
